Biography

Kyla Garcia is a soon-to-be Associate Attorney at Demaria Law Firm, pending her passage of the California Bar Exam. Currently, Ms. Garcia is a law clerk and focuses on insurance defense, school defense, employment defense, and public entity defense. Ms. Garcia attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a second Bachelor of Arts in international studies with a minor in philosophy. Soon thereafter, Ms. Garcia attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Garcia will graduate with her Juris Doctor from Southwestern in Spring, 2022.

Ms. Garcia is a native to the Central Valley and was born and raised in Fresno, California. Ms. Garcia began her legal journey at a young age, working with her grandmother on immigration matters. In her free time, Ms. Garcia enjoys taking her pets for walks and spending time with her parents and siblings. Ms. Garcia plans to protect and uplift the Central Valley community throughout her   legal career.
