Biography
Song Bai is an associate attorney at DeMaria Law Firm, where he focuses on insurance defense, school defense, employment defense, and public entity defense.
Mr. Bai earned his LL.B, Master of Law, and Ph.D. in law from Faculté de Droit d’Aix (now Aix-Marseille University Law School), one of the oldest and most prestigious law schools in France, founded in 1409.
He is admitted to practice law in both France and California. In France, he has handled complex litigation matters involving carriage of goods by sea, inland waterways, road, rail, and air, as well as corporate transactions and real property disputes, representing clients across Europe and China. Mr. Bai was admitted to the California Bar in 2024.
