Isha Gulati

Ms. Gulati is a contracted associate attorney at DeMaria Law Firm. Ms. Gulati has practiced civil litigation throughout her legal career, first as an independent legal practitioner in India, later as a law clerk, and now as an associate attorney at DeMaria Law Firm. Ms. Gulati defends all aspects of litigated cases for insurance defense and public entities. Before joining DeMaria Law Firm as an associate, Ms. Gulati worked as a law clerk at Sarkissian Law Group in Los Angeles, where she primarily worked in the field of real-estate civil litigation. Ms. Gulati is fluent in two languages (English and Hindi).

Ms. Gulati graduated with her LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, with dual certificates of specialization in law and technology, and business law in May 2020. Ms. Gulati was awarded Pro-Bono Honors with the Highest Distinction for her contribution to society during her legal education at Berkeley. During her LL.M. degree, Ms. Gulati also worked as a law fellow at California Lawyers for the Arts and as a research assistant to Erik Stallman, Associate Director of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic.

In July 2018, Ms. Gulati graduated with a dual degree in Bachelors of Business Administration and Law (B.BA. LL.B. Hons.), from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India. Thereafter, Ms. Gulati clerked with Hon. Justice Ms. Sangita Dhingra Sehgal at Delhi High Court and later represented and advised pro-bono clients in all aspects of civil litigation in New Delhi, India, as an independent legal practitioner. Ms. Gulati passed the California Bar Exam in October, 2020.
