Missie Sande is a NALA-certified paralegal with over 13 years of experience in litigation across California civil superior courts and federal courts, as well as various arbitration matters. She holds an Associate of Science degree with High Honors, a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Fresno City College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership & Management. In addition to her professional qualifications, Ms. Sande is currently pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution, further enhancing her expertise in both the legal field and conflict resolution.

Ms. Sande assists in all phases of litigation, including document management and review, drafting pleadings and discovery, and providing trial support. She has extensive expertise working with trial software and in trial preparation. Her background encompasses a broad range of general litigation matters, including personal liability, premises liability, habitability claims, product liability claims, wrongful death, and construction defect matters.

Additionally, Ms. Sande has significant experience in litigation related to K-12 and community college districts throughout California in various matters including employment discrimination, Title IX investigations, sexual abuse and molestation claims, special education disputes and various California Public Records Act Requests. She is well-versed in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation through trial, including pre-complaint analysis, motion and discovery practice, review of large-scale e-discovery, trial coordination and support, and post-trial motion practice.

Ms. Sande has previously served as Board Member at Large for the Fresno Paralegal Association, and is a member of the Fresno County Legal Professionals Association.
