Biography
Ms. Blut has over 30 years of civil litigation experience, working in both large and small law firms, and handling matters from inception to resolution, including appeals. She has been a partner, managed civil litigation departments, served as Of Counsel, and had her own law firm for many years as well. Ms. Blut has represented diverse clients, from individuals and small businesses to government entities and Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts. Ms. Blut’s areas of practice include business, commercial and real estate litigation, professional malpractice, toxic tort litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, as well as product and premises liability.
Ms. Blut is a Los Angeles, CA native, and attended UCLA and UC Hastings College of the Law.
