Attorney Anthony DeMaria won a defense jury verdict in a two and a half week jury trial in Fresno County where the plaintiff alleged that she tripped over a dangerous condition in a major department store. The plaintiff had asked the jury for in excess of $2 million, and the jury returned a finding of no causation of any injuries.
